Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014). Tell us by email at goldenoakdebrecen@gmail.com, quoting your order number.
Send the goods back to our registered office (4025 Debrecen, Hatvan utca 1. fszt. 5. ajtó, Hungary) within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is at your cost. We refund the price and the original delivery charge (up to the cheapest delivery option) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method; we may hold the refund until the goods are back with us.
Exception: opened bags
Coffee is food. Coffee sold in sealed, valved bags cannot be returned once the seal is opened, for health and hygiene reasons (Decree 45/2014, section 29(1)(e)). Coffee ground at your request is made to your specification (section 29(1)(c)).
Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong coffee, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights are set out in the Terms of Service.
