2. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to every order placed in the online store at goldenoakroastery.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by Aranytölgy Kávézó Kft., trading as Golden Oak Roastery.
3. How the contract is made
By adding products to your cart and submitting your order at checkout you make an offer. We send an automatic email confirming receipt; the contract is concluded when your order is confirmed. The contract is concluded electronically, in Hungarian or English; it is not filed by us, and the confirmation email serves as the record of the contract. You can correct input errors at checkout before submitting the order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Hungarian forint (Ft) and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Payment is made with the methods offered at checkout. If a price is obviously wrong (for example 0 Ft or a fraction of the usual price) we are not obliged to sell at that price; we will offer you the correct price or cancel the order free of charge.

7. Warranty
If the goods are defective you have the statutory warranty rights under the Hungarian Civil Code: repair or replacement, or if that is not possible a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. As a consumer you may claim within two years of delivery, and for food no later than the best-before date. Please tell us about a defect promptly, and within two months of discovering it at the latest. You may also bring a product liability claim against the manufacturer.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints to goldenoakdebrecen@gmail.com or by post to our registered office. We answer written complaints in writing within 30 days.
In a consumer dispute you may turn to the conciliation board of your place of residence or of our registered office: Hajdú-Bihar County Conciliation Board (Hajdú-Bihar Vármegyei Békéltető Testület), 4025 Debrecen, Petőfi tér 10., email: bekelteto@hbkik.hu. You may also contact the consumer protection authority (county government office).
9. Intellectual property
The content of the Store (texts, illustrations, photos, logo) belongs to Aranytölgy Kávézó Kft. or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
10. Governing law
Hungarian law governs the contract, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Government Decree 45/2014. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
